Clay Play is perfect for first-timers who are interested in wheel throwing, but want to give it a try before committing to a longer class. This 2-hour workshop will focus on the basics of wheel throwing and includes all materials: clay, glaze, and tools.

Our instructor will help guide you through the throwing process, and you’ll select one piece to keep and add the final tea bowl spout! Our staff will trim, bisque fire, glaze, and then finally glaze fire your work. You will be able to choose between two glaze options that rotate for each workshop.

Please note that you will not be going home with your piece by the end of the workshop. All work will need to be completely dry before firing and will be ready for pick up approximately 2-3 weeks after the workshop. We will email you once it's ready.
