What a treat! Learn the basics of slab building and cake decorating in one! Perfect for beginner and intermediate handbuilders alike.
Spend the day learning new skills while creating a fun and functional stled piece. Nhi will walk you through pottery basics to handbuild a heart box from clay slabs, after which you will decorate with slip icing. Each participant will finish one box and all pieces will be ready for pick up by Valentine’s Day <3
Please note, you will not be going home with your creation at the end of class. Boxes will be fired and finished by RECC staff and be ready to pick up approximately 3-4 weeks.
