Clay Play: Slab Mugs

$80-$100-$120
Spend the evening creating a unique vessel for drinking hot beverages through the long winter. This workshop is beginner friendly, no clay experience required!
Your instructor share techniques for successful handbuilding, provide you with templates for various mug shapes, and give you your own pre-made clay slab to cut and form into your desired mug. The rest of class will be dedicated to creativity and socialization as you design your own mugs: adding decorations, handles, and painting your creation!
Please note that you will not be going home with your piece by the end of the workshop. Mugs will be finished with a clear glossy glaze by RECC staff and be ready to pick up in approximately 2-3 weeks. We will email you once it's ready.
