To request a cancellation and/or refund, you must email info@reclaimclay.com.

Classes and workshops can be cancelled for a full refund 7 days in advance. If less than 7 days we can offer a 50% refund. No refund is available within 48 hours of your scheduled class or workshop. Should a class or workshop not fill sufficiently, we may cancel it 3 days prior to the first class session.

If you would like to cancel your membership, we require notice at least 1-week before the end of your current month. When you cancel your membership you will continue to have access to the studio and its resources through the end of the month in which you canceled. Your membership will then end on the first day of the following month. We do not prorate memberships.
